Wiki Gastro - bypass 43644/EGD 43235

43235 is bundled into 43655 but can be overridden by a modifier. Can someone let me know or help me understand when it is appropriate to unbundle. Isn't a EGD usual routine after bypass so you wouldn't unbundle.
