Wiki Ganglion Impar RFA and Ramus Communicans RFA

Hello,

I just need some clarification on how to bill these procedures. I believe we would use 64999 for both but wanted to be sure.

Ganglion Impar RFA

Ramus Communicans RFA at the second lumbar root bilaterally.

Any help is greatly appreciated
