Hi,
Does anyone have any coding clinic articles that I can access that clearly explains when we should list the 5th digit as with obstruction verses non obstruction for 574.00.

I do not get coding clinic, so if anyone has an article that defines this and would be willing to pass on the link, I would greatly appreciate it.
