Any idea on how to code this repair. Here is what the op repor reads:

"...it was dissected out and was found that the gallbladder eroded into the first part of the duodenum and pyloric area and this fistula was taken down....Over the fistula area in the gastric duodenal opening, the area was further palpated to make sure the lumen of the duodenum and the stomach is plapable and is right at the pylorus. the opening was then extended longitudinally and then it was closed transversely using tnerrupted 3-0 silk suture in the transverse fashion and after all the suture were placed the anastomosis was palpated and felt to be patent...."

I am truly stuck on this one.
