I work for a clinical labs and we want to bill for the G0431 to Medicare. We have been told that we must run a screening test on the UA prior to running the UA through the LCMS. We just want to run the UA once and get the screening and results at the same time. We do not want to run the UA 2 times. Can we still bill Medicare for the G0431.
