Wiki G0181 billing/485 dates

The 485 has certification dates 10/25-12/23/2014. documentation supports 30 minutes of CPO are billable however the last date on the CPO form is on 12/29/2014. Can I still bill G0181 for December. My 'through' date will be 12/29/2014. Will Medicare deny the G0181 due to the date being past the certification dates on the 485?

From everything I have read, the CPO services must be performed while the patient is under the care of home health agency, leaving your Dec. 29 date unbillable.

Has the patient been discharged from home health? If not, hold your billing until the new certification is received.
