G0180: When our providers sign off on a Home Health(HH) Plan Of Care(POC), we submit G0180 to the insurance for reimbusement. Can we submit G0180 for reimbrsement when the providers sign off on the POC that comes in for physical, occupational and speech therapy from the HH company? Also can you submit a G0180 on any phyiscal, occupational or speach therapy POC from an indenpendent therapy company? Thank you in advance!
