Wiki G0101- how to bill when pelvic exam is refused by patient but breast exam is completed.

Asking for some help with this question regarding our Medicare patient population. I'm unable to find a separate code for breast exam when a patient declines pelvic. This question is coming from primary care provider and was sent to me worded as follows,

"Some women do not need pelvic due to hysterectomy or refusal but still get breast exam.... Z12.39 is screening for breast cancer, does this code cover?"
