G0101 and Q0091 same claim for FQHC

hello fellow coders. I have run across some recent denial issues for Medicare that are making me pose the question of whether G0101 and Q0091 can be coded and billed on the same claim together for an FQHC. any advice and links for assistance would be greatly appreciated.
