A physician treats a pt & also performs a G0101 in a hospital based clinic then sends the specimen off to the lab. Can the physician bill this service in addition to his E&M?

When you say treats a pt, what did he treat the patient for? Was it a preventive exam or problem?

He does a E&M on the patient (i.e. Oncologist).
