Wiki G codes

Hello, just curious as to who is doing the data entry for the G Codes in ASCs? Is this a coder responsibility or nurse/tech in OR right after discharge? Thanks for any info!

Our facility has been entering them since October, the nurses fill out the reporting form and sign it and it goes to the coder and the G codes are entered at the time of billing.

Yes our ASC made the form. If you want, you can send me your email and I can send a copy of the one we use and you can use it for a example.
