I work in a Physical Therapy clinic and we have been denied all payment from Medicare since July 1, 2013. After calling Medicare, they informed me that the claim was denied do to G code not matching the modifier. My provider is using G8984 modifier CL, I am not sure what to do, as that is what the provider is telling me and is in the note. Any suggestions or advice would be welcome.
