I need help with the billing of this code for prolonged Chemo Infusion Incidental to Physician's service using and external pump ( A55134).
I am getting rejections of non payment on Part B claims which state CO/151 edit code- essentially stating" payment adjusted because the payer deems the information submitted does not support this many/Frequency of services"
