Wiki Fulguration of hydrocele

If the doctor opened the hydrocele and because it was small, just fulgurated all the tissue to prevent recurrence, would I still use 55041, hydrocelectomy? Thanks for any advice!

I would suggest 55040-52 for your clinical scenario.
