For autografts and substitute grafts, are they all recipient sites unless otherwise specified? I know you have to know whether it is for a donor or recipient site.
Looking at the CPT Guidelines, Obtaining the graft from another area is included, you would only bill an additional code if the donor site is closed by another skin graft or a flap repair.
