I'm looking for a code for the application of fresh frozen strut allografts to femur. The Dr used allograft cortical strut graft to the patients left femur due to the patient having pain from her total hip arthroplasty femoral component modulus mismatch. Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!
