Does anyone know the frequency limitations for CPT 11900 for CMS? I'm unable to find an NDC or LDC

What you are referring to is the Medicare Unlikely Edit (MUE). THis is not contained the LCDs

The limit is 1.

11900 includes up to 7 lesions injected

After that you, bill CPT11901 for more than 7 lesions. The limit on that is also 1.

Frequency not MUE on 11900

HI, thank you for the info, but I wasn't talking about MUE's. I'm looking to find out if there is a frequency limitation, like 11900 every 90days...Does anyone know of this rule?
