Can anyone direct me in how to code this, I am always thrown when I get these.
1st visit diagnosis navicular fracture, I coded the fracture w/fracture care
Follow up doctor states he feels this is more than likely is a chronic accessory navicula more so than a fracture
Diganosis for Follow Up: Accessory navicula with posterior tibial tendinitis, he also believes she has Morton neuroma
How do I code this? I don't think I can code a healing fracture w/99024.
Do I code the other diagnoses with E/M code with a modifier 24 not sure that is correct either.
