Wiki Fracture of calcified patellar tendon?

I'm not sure if this is a fracture of the patella or just calcification of the tendon? The radiology report states spurring about the patella and there is a lucent line through the inferior patella spur near the attachment to the bony patella. This could be a fracture of the spur.

Help please!
