Pt had a CT orbits/temporal bones without contrast...

History: Trauma, hit by horse

IMRESSION: Nondisplaced fracture involving the external auditory canal along its anterior margin with the tempormandibular joint.

I would look at 801.00

That's a good one. The codes for facial fractures are very vague so I would use the 801.00 with E906.8 (if the patient wasn't riding the horse).
