Wiki Fracture Dislocation DIP joint

Doctor did a closed reduction and percutaneous pinning of the distal interphalangeal joint. I'm looking at either 26756 or 26742/20650. Input would be appreciated.

I like 26742, because the "pinning" was done in conjunction with a Closed Reduction.
