Wiki Fracture discovered during well visit

We have a newborn that was scheduled for a well exam and no complaints were expressed. Upon examination the doctor found that the newborn had a broken clavicle. The diagnosis code would be Z00.121 but are we able to bill and additional cpt code for the clavicle fracture?
