Wiki fracture codind distal radius&ulna

Need help on this fracture. Physician attempted a closed reduction with manipulation in the office but was unsuccessful due to the amount of pain the patient had,could not tolerate it. So then scheduled surgery for the next day. My question is can we still bill for the closed reduction with some type of modifier or just the e/m and the surgery procedure performed?

thanky you for your prompt response. I was thinking the same modifier but was stumped whether to bill the actually closed treatment since he took her to surgery the next day.
