Dear All,
Can any one please help im new to orthopedic speciality a pt was visited to orthopedic physician on 24/01/2013 Dx as a Fx of clavicle and Rx with pain medication, for the intial day visit, and again coming to the same physicain on 09/02/2013 second visit for the same take xray confirms fracture clavice and given strapping for the shoulder meds given, is thise still applicable to bill fracture care, for subsequent vist??
