What is included in fracture care? What is billable within the 90 period?

Do not bill for the inital cast/splint. YOu can bill for casting/splinting supplies however. You are also allowed to bill up to 3 subsequent casts/splints and supplies during the 90 day global period.

x-rays can be billed during the 90 day global as well as subsequent casting and materials.
