Hello, I am a new biller and have a question regarding this code: 28510. I have a case where we billed this code along with 99203 for the initial office visit. The office visit is getting denied due to the fracture code. I did not think this should be an issue since it is the initial office visit and these two codes have been paid together with other patients. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
