Wiki FRA allograft spacers

Good morning all,

If the doctor is using FRA allograft spacers with DBX at L4-L5 and L5-S1, can he bill 20931 more than once? He says that it is similar to using 22851 when using multiple synthetic cages. NASS substantiates 22851 and 22851-59.

I am under the impression 20931 can be billed only once per session. Here is a link to an AAOS site. There is a section stating this:
