Wiki FQHC Billing POS 50

Hello,
billing for an FQHC, we are using POS 11 for office and now (after billing this way for years) we are being advised by payers that we need to be using POS 50 (our claims are starting to deny for this where they didn't before). It is only a few payers that are advising this (to date).
Any thoughts or suggestions as to why POS 11 isn't valid anymore; is the POS 50 the only POS we should be billing with?

We are a local county health department, FQHC and we are required to use POS 50. If the claims are denying, then the payer does not have you set up correctly.
