Wiki Foreign Body?

My doc removed an old piece of bone fragment from peroneal retinaculm in the foot.

I was looking at 28192?

It wasn't really loose not floating around, the tendon had grown around it, so I am thinking it would be foreign since it is not supposed to be there.

Any thoughts would be helpful, I can't seem to find another code that would fit.

I would agree unless it was completed to remove (28193) and since the tendon grew around it, mabe the 28193 would be better....the loose body codes all seem to be in the joint (arthortomy) of the foot....just my thoughts.
