Wiki Fluroscopy billing

We are trying to do some research to see if we still can bill the fluroscopy if we just bought the equipment or if that even makes a difference. We know sometimes its included in the procedure or bundled & to check the CCI edits for insurances that follow Medicare. Also we use the -TC for facility billing?

Any imput would be appreciated.

Well in my opinion it is very little reimbursement However if you are contracted you will get your payment. Just my 2 cents

the fact that you owe the equipment would not make any difference for facility (you can bill only facility portion with TC modifier, thats what we do), but if this is for office, then you will bill it without TC or 26. For example injection done under fluoroscopy (77002) will pay about$55-$75 extra depending on payor.
