Hi, does anyone code for Fluorouracil chemowraps on skin, such as legs, with an anna boot wrapped around the chemowrap? this is for multiple AK and malignant lesions on a large skin area. I tried researching but could not find a definitive answer. Admin code 96405/06 is used when fluorouracil is injected into the lesion so thats not accurate, and of course destruction of 15 plus AKs is 17004. could this be the only applicable code? thank you!
