Had an ortho physician use the c arm to verify position reducing and repairing an open wrist fx. This is our first case with the c arm. I am not sure what code to use 76000, 77002, or 73110?

I am billing for the ASC and we own the c arm.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

76000-TC would be the appropriate code, but you should check the CCI edits to make sure it does not bundle. Fluoro often bundles with fracture codes.

Hope this helps

what about 76496 TC?? you would have to send in the notes but ultimatley it should get paid.:)
