Hi,
When can I bill for fluoroscopy code, specifically 76000, with orthopaedic proedures? My understanding is only when it is a separate procedure as in different location, site, etc. There is a question on whether it is billable if the physician uses it to help perform something like a placement of a drill pin and not just to localize or confirm work performed.
