Does anyone have information on coding/ billing for a physician that uses fluoroscopy for diagnostic purposes only for joints when he is not performing any type of procedure. ? The physician owns the C-arm and will document an interpretation report. Can this be billed in the office setting? Would we bill the fluoroscopy code 76000? thank you.
