Wiki flu vaccine MC secondary

Quick question, If a patient has BC primary and MC secondary, and we bill a flu vaccination to BC as 90656 with 90471, how do we send it to MC after? Can we change the codes, or should we not. MC won't pay for those codes, but they would if they were billed with a Q and a G code.

I would change the codes. You are correct, they won't even consider the 90656.
