If a patient comes in for an office visit and has a flu vaccine, can you charge all insurances an administration code for the flu vaccine? It would look something like a 99213,90656 and for medicare 99213, Q0009, and Q2038 if we gave Fluzone.

It should have read G0008 not Q0009.

For other insurances, you may use 90471, 90473, or 90460, as the case may be.
