Wiki FLU SHOT AND EKG SAME DAY NO E/M

Hi,
Could some one answer this question for me. A patient came into the office for OV and Flu Shot, but upon examination an EKG was done and patient was sent to the ED.

I can bill for flu and EKG No Office I know, but does the ekg require a modifer?
