Wiki Flex Sig w/ Decompression

I'm not sure what the correct code to use for this would be??? Op note states Flex sig and decompression of sigmoid colon. However, later in the note it reads no volvulus identified. Then it reads excessive air and fluid were suctioned free. To me 45337 is more inline with what was preformed, seeing as there is no vulvulus just a massively dialated colon and stool, would a 45330 diagnostic sig be the correct way to code this case?
