can someone please please help me on this, if a pt comes in and they do a finger crossover flap for a crush injury then the pt comes back for a flap division what would the dx be? do we use the same dx crush injury and partial amputation (which was the dx for the 1st surgery) or what? he doesn't really give any other dxs..any and all help would really be appreciated.. alice
