Is anyone having trouble with 97162-GP and 97110-GP being covered. In looking at the FL WC F/S it does not look like 97162 is even on the f/s for reimbursement. FL WC has their "unique codes" so I am thinking it should be one of their unique 971xx codes for Initial PT Eval. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
