Hello. I am looking at some direction on appropriate coding for removal of fish hook. The provider is not making an incision to remove the foreign body, so it would not be appropriate to use 10120. Provider is doing a nerve block however this is not payable with Medicare as a procedure is being done requiring the nerve block. Can someone give me direction on what would be appropriate coding guidelines?
