Wiki First Screening and has Fam Hx Colon Ca

Patient has come in for a colon screening. They are 50 years old and has never had a colonoscopy before. They also have first degree fam hx colon cancer. the operative report states "colon screening, fam hx colon ca" How do i bill this??

G0121 - V76.51, V16.0
or
G0105 - V16.0

If the pt has Medicare:

G0105-V16.0

Otherwise I would enter it as:

45378-V76.51,V16.0

As long as there are no findings.
