Wiki Finger tendons

If the Physician is is indicating a Tenosynovectomy of the flexor longus, flexor profundus and superficialis tendons of second, third fourth anf 5th digits is it appropriate to report CPT 26145 for each tendon, each digit?

Or should the fingers be reported as two tendons each except thumb(one)?
