Wiki Filing to Medicaid after Commercial pays for Antepartum care

Any suggestions on how to file antepartum visits (59425/59426) after a commercial plan has either applied to the deductible or paid to Medicaid since Medicaid is paid per visit. The providers is not delivery the baby only doing the antepartum care.
