Wiki Femoral Neck cannulated screw exchange

We have a pt who was having continued hip tenderness due to prominent cannulated screws. My physician removed the screws and placed 2 shorter ones. How would you code this?

Does anyone have an opinion? Would I charge the ORIF femoral neck code again?

In my opinion you would use 20680 or look at an unlisted CPT. Coding an ORIF is incorrect for screw exchange due to prominence.
