Hi, I am trying to code a femoral popliteal bypass with a gortex graft. My provider wants to use the unlisted code 37799 because we can't find the code that includes the gortex graft. Can anyone help?

Per Dr. Z book:

Bypass "with other than vein" includes Bovine, Dacron, PTFE, Gore, umbilical ect.
