I work for the company who has multiple medical offices throughout the state of Maryland. I wonder if someone could confirm that we can have different fees for the same services when they are performed in different locations where the fees vary depending on zip code (UCR). I would appreciate some guidance on this matter. Thank you.

You set your own fees based on how much you wish to adjust, what your plan is for charitable care, or simply based on fee schedules. That's your business model, and not really regulated by any payer. You are, however required to charge everyone the same for the same service. You get reimbursed by the payer based on your geographical location.
