Any idea of what code to use for fat transfer to a reconstructed breast for contour defect?

Fat graft

I might suggest 20926 for graft harvest, and then perhaps 19324 perhaps for the plasty...but of course, this is without reading the report?? I hope this helps. jan

How did he get the fat? Did he perform a lipectomy using a cannula? Or did he actually cut into the patient?
