I'm hoping for some help:

Pt comes to the office with a fractured metacarpal. Provider, tried manipulation odf the fracture and was not able to obtain anatomic reduction.

He splinted the hand and is scheduled for a Perc-Pinning the next day.

My question:
Can we charge for the failed procedure 26605-52
and the splinting 29125?

I would recommend the 52 mod + splint since he did perform the work associated but did not get the desired results. He should be compensated for his work.
