Can any of you help me coding this surgery?
1. Removal of broken hardware and screws from the left ankle
2. Arthrodesis of the left ankle and arthrodesis of the subtalar joint on the left
3. ORIF of the left foot all the way to the tibia using a Valor intramedullary rod and locking screws.
4. Harvesting of left iliac crest bone graft material
5. Placement of indwelling electronic bone stimulator to the left ankle and foot.
PLEASE HELP me with cpt codes for this surgery!!!
